This guide walks you through the steps of creating and launching automated campaigns in Genesy.

If you want to generate unique, customized messages with AI for every prospect, you should generate an AI variable for each touchpoint in the sequence.

For instance, let's say you want to send a sequence of 5 steps of messages (1. Email → 2. Email → 3. LinkedIn → 4. LinkedIn → 5. Email), then you need to create 5 AI variables:

Once a prospect replies to one of the messages in a sequence, you can choose to reply manually or let AI suggest replies or even reply automatically for you.

If you want the AI to suggest or reply automatically, Genesy offers some predefined prompts to do so, but you can also create one on your own.

The Inbox page in Genesy will show the messages sent in a Genesy campaign, as well as the replies received to these messages.
