When it comes to creating a list in Genesy, there are two ways you can go about it:

    • Job postings

    • Google Maps

  • You already have a list of companies and you want to look for people that work in these companies

If you decided for this first option, go to 1️⃣ Option A: List of Companies

Option B: Create a list of contacts

  • You want to create a list of people from scratch whether on they:

    • Fit your Buyer Persona criteria

    • Attended a LinkedIn event

    • Are connections of one of the identities connected

  • You already have a list of people and you want to enrich them with contact data / LinkedIn or additional information

If you decided for this second option, go to 2️⃣ Option B: List of Contacts

Step 3: Check if the companies are present in the CRM

Identify whether a company exists in your CRM or not by checking the column named Company exists in CRM (Yes or No)

  • CRM ID

  • Last activity date

  • Last updated date

Step 4: Enrich with AI to segment, clean or find additional information

Want to segment companies in the list based on criteria already present in Genesy? (e.g. number of employees, industry, last activity date in CRM)

Want to clean the list of companies you imported based on a criteria that is easily deductible from fields present in Genesy?

(e.g. check based on company's description if the company is B2C or B2B)

Want to find additional information for the companies that is not present in LinkedIn, but can be found on their website/ Google / Google News? (e.g. is this company expanding?, do they manufacture gardening tools?)

In short, want to automate data cleansing tasks you would otherwise do manually?
