1️⃣ Run AI variables for all target leads
If you will include AI variables as part of your campaign, then remember that you need to run the AI variables through the leads to be able to add them successfully to a campaign
How do we do this?
Go to Leads > select list of target leads > make sure you have added the AI variables to be used as columns
Make sure the columns show values for all leads. If they don't, click on ▶️ Run AI variable > All rows
2️⃣ Introduce Campaign Details
Go to Campaigns > Create
In Details: introduce Campaign name, description, select your Identity and tick the Sync conversations with CRM box if you have your CRM integrated.
Go to Next on the upper right corner.
💡 Notice you can Save as Draft the campaign at any point and continue later
3️⃣ Create your Sequence
Within the Sequence section, click on the "+" button and select email or LinkedIn message. On the right side of the screen you can add your message AI variable by selecting "{" + type variable name, or type a message.
Keep adding extra steps until satisfied with the structure. Remember the leads will keep moving through the steps unless they reply.
If you want the AI to continue the conversation when a lead replies, tick the box Continue the conversation with AI on the upper left corner, select the corresponding AI Campaign variable and choose 💡 Copilot (will check messages with you first) or ✨ Automatic mode.
If you don't want the AI to continue the conversation and would rather reply yourself, then just leave the box unchecked.
Go to Next
4️⃣ Add your Target leads
Within the Target section, select whether you want to add a whole list of leads or add them individually
2. Check if any lead has errors. Potential errors are: AI variable is not completed or email is missing. Solve the errors or delete the leads.
3. Go to Next
5️⃣ Review and launch your campaign
Within the Review section, you can check details for your campaign
If all looks good to you, go ahead and hit Launch on the top right corner
