Why does Genesy set daily limits?

To keep your outreach safe, effective, and compliant, Genesy sets daily sending limits across LinkedIn and Email. These limits help protect your accounts from being flagged as spam, ensure better deliverability, and keep your campaigns running smoothly over time.
LinkedIn daily limits
LinkedIn has strict rules to prevent automation abuse and spam. Sending too many connection requests or messages in a short time can get your account flagged, restricted, or even banned.
To protect your account, Genesy applies the following recommended limits:
20 Connection Requests / day
100 Messages / day
If you exceed these limits, LinkedIn may temporarily restrict your account or reduce your reach. To keep your reputation clean, we automatically pause your campaign and resume it once the limit resets (every 24h).
Email daily limits
Cold emails need to be handled with care. Sending too many from a single inbox can:
Hurt your sender reputation
Increase bounce rates
Get you marked as spam
Cause your domain to be blacklisted

30 Emails per Inbox / day
