General Campaigns

What happens if I add steps to an active campaign?

Once you add steps to an active campaign (not in draft mode), these steps cannot be directly removed.

Can I delete steps from an active campaign?

No, steps in an active campaign cannot be deleted.

What happens in the campaign if a contact responds at any step?

If a contact responds, the sequence stops, and they will not proceed to the next step.
Example: If the contact responds to the first email, they won’t receive the second email or advance in the sequence.

What happens if a lead doesn’t respond?

If the contact doesn’t respond, the sequence continues automatically to the next step as designed.

When a contact responds, who continues the conversation?

There are three options to continue the conversation:

  1. Manually: You handle the conversation yourself.

  2. AI Functionality (Copilot or Auto Reply):

    • If you choose AI Replies, the sequence stops automatically when the contact replies, and the AI continues the conversation based on the configured prompt.

    • Copilot Mode (AI Suggestions): In this mode, the AI suggests responses based on context and campaign settings. You can review, modify, and adjust these suggestions before sending them.

    • Auto Reply Mode (AI Replies): If Copilot is disabled, the AI automatically generates and sends replies to the contact without requiring review or approval. This process also follows the defined AI campaign settings.

How does the working hours configuration affect campaigns?

  • Campaigns will automatically pause outside the configured working hours.

  • This ensures that messages are not sent outside the defined time range, avoiding suboptimal sending times.

Where can I configure working hours?

Go to Identities > Configuration > Working Hours to set them.

Can I set a different schedule for each campaign or team?

The schedule depends on the configured identity.

  • The sending schedule is tied to the identity’s settings, not the campaign itself.

  • Each identity can have its own configured schedule, allowing flexibility within the same team.

Does the working hours pause apply to both LinkedIn and emails?

Yes, it applies to both.

LinkedIn Campaigns

How many connection requests can I send daily on LinkedIn without exceeding the limits?

The daily connection limits on LinkedIn depend on the type of account and your prior activity. Here’s a general breakdown:

  • Standard accounts: Up to 20 invitations per day. Exceeding this limit may trigger temporary restrictions, especially if many invitations are not accepted.

  • Premium/Sales Navigator accounts: Up to 50–100 invitations per day, depending on your activity history and acceptance rates.

  • New profiles: Limited to 5–10 invitations per day until more credibility is gained through accepted connections and active participation on the platform.

What does "LinkedIn Invitation not accepted" mean?

This means the contact did not accept your connection request within the defined timeframe (e.g., 15 days). The sequence ends automatically due to no response.

Why is it important to set a timeframe for LinkedIn invitations?

Setting a timeframe helps you:

  • Keep your campaign organized.

  • Quickly identify which contacts are interested.

  • Avoid sending multiple requests to people who likely won’t connect.

What can you do if a contact doesn’t accept the invitation within the timeframe?

Here are some options:

  • Wait and resend: After a few days, consider sending a new connection request.

  • Reach out through other channels: If you have their email or phone number, send a brief message to reinforce your interest.

How many messages should be sent in a sequence?

This depends on your strategy, but an effective sequence can include:

  1. Connection request.

  2. First message (if the request is accepted).

  3. Second value-driven or reminder message.

⚠️ Avoid overwhelming the contact with too many messages—limit interactions to 2–3 messages per sequence.

What common mistakes should be avoided in LinkedIn campaigns?

  • Generic messages: These reduce the likelihood of connections and responses.

  • Excessive messages: This can be perceived as spam.

  • Poor segmentation: Contacting people outside your target profile wastes time and resources.

  • Lack of follow-up: Failing to take clear next steps may cause you to lose the contact’s interest.

What should you do if a contact responds but is not interested?

  • Thank them for their time: Maintain a positive relationship, as they may become an opportunity in the future.

  • Ask for referrals: Politely ask if they can recommend someone in their network who might be interested.

How can I withdraw multiple connection requests on LinkedIn?

Go to Identities > Configuration > LinkedIn > Withdrawals.

  • You can enable the "Automatically withdraw pending invitations" option, which automatically removes pending connection requests after a configured number of days.

  • Manually select the checkboxes next to the connection requests you want to withdraw.

  • Confirm the action, and the selected requests will be removed.

Note: Once you withdraw a connection request, you won’t be able to send another request to the same person for 3 weeks.

Email Campaigns

What are the recommended email limits?

  • Daily limit: 80 emails per day.

  • Hourly limit: 10 emails per hour.

These values are recommended to maintain a good domain reputation and avoid restrictions from the email service provider.

What happens if I exceed the sending limits?

Exceeding limits may result in:

  • Suspension of your account by the email provider.

  • Penalties on your domain reputation.

  • Increased spam reports, reducing future deliverability.

Can I adjust the daily and hourly limits?

Yes, the sending limits can be adjusted in the settings. However, it’s recommended to stick to the suggested values to avoid domain reputation issues.

Why is it important to connect multiple email addresses?

Connecting multiple email addresses under a single identity:

  • Minimizes spam risks by distributing emails across several accounts.

  • Improves consistency and performance by avoiding overloading a single domain.

What does "Warm-up" mean in the context of email campaigns?

The "Warm-up" process involves gradually sending emails over 2–3 weeks to build the domain’s reputation. This ensures that email providers trust your emails and reduces the risk of being flagged as spam.

What happens if I skip the "Warm-up" process?

Without a "Warm-up" process, email providers may:

  • Flag your emails as suspicious.

  • Limit your ability to send mass emails.

  • Increase the chances of your emails being marked as spam.

How long should a domain be warmed up before launching large campaigns?

It’s recommended to warm up a domain for 2–3 weeks before launching a full campaign. This period helps establish trust with email providers.
