1. Scrapings 🕷️
Scraping = when a contact/company is imported from LinkedIn or found by data in LinkedIn
What is the Daily Pool?
The Daily Pool is a daily limit set for the number of scrapings that can be performed in a single day. It defines how many requests or data requests can be made within 24 hours.
How to see the daily scrapings available?
From the menu > Activity you can see the total number of scrapings available for the day within Genesy.
Why do some leads remain in ‘Queued’ status?
If you notice that some leads remain in ‘Queued’ status, this may indicate that they have not been processed due to a limit in the available scrapings.
If this is the case, please note that they are updated after 24 hours.

Scrapings: They affect the daily scrapings limit and also consume Genesy credits.
2. Conversations 💭
Conversations with contacts within the platform also have a limit defined according to the contracted plan. This limit can be based on:
Total number of monthly conversations.
If this limit is exceeded, additional charges or temporary restrictions may apply until the next period.
How the conversion limits affect the credits 💸
Conversations: They only count towards the monthly conversation limit with contacts. They do not affect credits.
3. IA variables
Artificial Intelligence (AI) variables allow you to personalise and improve interactions with contacts.
When using AI variables in content generation, you should keep in mind that the number of credits consumed is an estimate and not a fixed value.
This is due to the way costs are calculated, based on the total amount of tokens, which is not always predictable.
