Reconnect your LinkedIn profile

Has your Identity disconnected from LinkedIn?

Follow these steps to re-establish the connection:

  1. Go to Genesy > Identities > click on "[in] Update"

  2. Click on the "Open" button on the left > it will redirect you to Sales Navigator.

  3. If you have a Sales Navigator account, then log in and click on "Lead filters". If you don't have one, then just log in you LinkedIn profile in that same tab

  4. While logged in your Sales Navigator/LinkedIn profile, click on the Genesy extension > select your identity > you should see You are logged in!

  5. Go back to Genesy > Identities and refresh the screen (it may take a couple minutes)
