Your Inbox now automatically stays organized — no manual sorting needed.

AI tags classify each conversation based on intent (e.g., Interested, Bad Timing, Meeting Booked, Not Interested), helping you instantly understand where each lead stands.

  • AI tags are enabled by default, appear with a ✨ sparkle icon and are updated automatically as conversations evolve.

  • Each AI-tagged message appears in the activity timeline as an “Auto-tagged” event.

  • Prefer full control? You can deactivate AI tags anytime.

2. AI Drafts ready to send

No more starting from scratch: AI automatically generates smart reply drafts for you to review, edit, and send.

When the lead’s last message is positive or engaging, an AI Draft appears in your composition box, ready to go.

You can:

  • Review and personalize the draft in seconds.

  • Send it directly or schedule it for later.

  • Keep your response time low and your productivity high.

This feature ensures you never miss a follow-up and can keep the conversation flowing naturally; even at scale.

3. A cleaner, more intuitive layout

The new layout was built to make daily communication effortless and more insightful.

  • Unified View: Manage Email, LinkedIn, and Task conversations from one place.

  • Chronological History: See the full interaction timeline with every contact, including your teammates’ actions, depending on your permissions.

  • Recent Activity Visibility: Instantly visualize a contact’s recent activity (emails sent, LinkedIn profile views, connection requests, etc.) from your entire team, so you can coordinate and focus on the right outreach strategy at the right time.

  • Smart Reply Controls: Choose who to reply to and which channel (Email or LinkedIn) directly from the conversation view.

  • Quick Scheduling: Click the icon next to the Send button to schedule a message. It’ll appear in the timeline with “Scheduled Time”, plus options to Send Now or Cancel.

  • Campaign Visibility: View the campaigns each lead is part of and pause conversations directly from the campaign status.
