Edit permissions

Account team member permissions are in relation to lists, campaigns and general account settings.

Lists

In this section we can determine whether or not users can do various actions related to lists:

  • List Visibility → view all lists or only those assigned to them.

  • Delete Access → delete contacts, companies or lists, or not.

  • Edit Access → edit records or not.

  • Import contacts → import new contacts or not.

  • Import companies → import new companies or not.

  • Export Access → export contacts and companies or not.

  • Activity Access → access the log of all activity performed on the platform or not.

Campaigns

In this section we can determine whether or not users can perform various actions related to campaigns:

  • Campaign Creation → create or edit campaigns or not.

  • Identities Access → have access to all identities, in the sense of being able to send messages from them, and view their campaigns, or otherwise only have access to specific identities.

General Settings

In this section we can determine whether or not users can do various actions related to some general settings:

  • Account Configuration → access to general account settings or not.

  • Credits Usage → be able to buy and consume credits, only consume credits, or only consume limited credits.
