Inbox Structure

  1. Left:

    • Inbox section with ‘Replied’ and ‘Sent’ tabs.

    • List of messages with contact names and snippets of their replies.

  2. Centre:

    • View of the conversation with a specific contact.

    • Indication of whether replies have been generated with AI.

  3. Right:

    • Detailed contact information.

    • Personal and company details, including job title, email, location and company details.

    • Synchronisation status with the platform


📌 Functionalities visible in the Inbox




Search bar at the top to find specific conversations. Search and filter messages.
Advanced filtering options to organize and find messages based on different criteria:

  • Status (message status)

  • Tags (labels)

  • Campaign (campaigns)

  • Channel (communication channel)

  • Company (related company)

Select – Allows selecting multiple messages at once to perform bulk actions.
Mark all as read – Option to mark all messages as read at once.


📌 Actions you can take


Export to CSV – Allows exporting the message or conversation to a CSV file, useful for analysis or reports.
Mark as read – Marks the message as read.
Mark as unread – Marks the message as unread, useful for managing pending tasks.
Add to blacklist – Blocks or prevents future communications with this contact.
Add to another campaign – Allows reassigning the contact to another campaign.
