The Blocklist feature allows you to block contacts and companies, preventing them from being displayed, interacted with, or exported to the CRM.

🚫 Blocks individual contacts so they are not considered in campaigns or lists.

🔍 Available options:
​

🔎 Search: Find blocked contacts using the search bar.
📥 Filter by source: View blocked contacts based on their origin.
🎯 Filter by reason: See contacts blocked for specific reasons (e.g., competitors).
👤 Filter by user: Shows who blocked each contact.

1️⃣ Click the "+ Add Email / LinkedIn URL" button.
2️⃣ Enter the contact's email or LinkedIn URL.
3️⃣ Select the reason for blocking.
4️⃣ Save the changes.

🚫 Blocks entire companies based on their domain or LinkedIn profile.

🔎 Search: Find blocked companies using the search bar.
📥 Filter by source: View blocked companies based on their origin.
🎯 Filter by reason: See companies blocked for specific reasons (e.g., competitors).
👤 Filter by user: Shows who blocked each company.

1️⃣ Click the "+ Add Domain / LinkedIn URL" button.
2️⃣ Enter the company's domain or LinkedIn URL.
3️⃣ Select the reason for blocking.
4️⃣ Save the changes.

Go to the list of companies or contacts that you want to block

1️⃣ Select the companies you want to block ✅

You can filter by name, sector, activity or any other relevant criteria.

Select all the companies you want to add to the blocklist.

2️⃣ Click on ➡️ ‘Add to blocklist’.

3️⃣ Choose a reason 📋

📭 If no contacts or companies are blocked, you will see a message indicating that the list is empty.

✔️ A contact or company in the Blocklist cannot be added again without being removed first.
✔️ If removed from the Blocklist, they will be available again in your contacts or companies lists.
✔️ This feature is useful for filtering competitors or any entity you do not want to interact with on the platform.
