Credit policy 2025

At Genesy, our commitment has always been to provide you with an efficient, transparent, and tailored service. That’s why we want to inform you about an important update to our credit policy that will come into effect starting in 2025.

Until now, any unused credits within your monthly plan would roll over to the following month. However, starting this year, unused credits will no longer carry over automatically.

We want to be completely transparent and share the two main reasons behind this decision:

1. More efficient use of credits:

Our plans are designed to meet your monthly needs. This adjustment will encourage you to make the most of your credits within each cycle, maximizing the value of your plan.

2. Greater focus on innovation:

To ensure that Genesy continues to innovate and offer high-quality tools, we need to adjust our model to better balance resources and service usage. This change will allow us to keep investing in constant improvements and a service that exceeds your expectations.

We understand that this change may raise concerns, and we want to assure you that no credits you’ve accumulated up until now will be lost. All credits accrued to date will remain available for use. However, starting from the effective date of this new policy, any unused credits within a month will not roll over to the next.
