1. Create a List of Leads
Go to the Leads page from the left sidebar.
Click on + Add Leads.
Choose your preferred method to import leads:
Import a CSV file.
Search in LinkedIn using filters.
Import attendees from a LinkedIn event.
Import users engaged in a LinkedIn post.
If you use LinkedIn, apply filters to find your target leads.
Create a new list and name it based on the filters you applied (e.g., “CTOs with +5 years experience”).
2. Clean Your List of Leads
Remove unwanted leads by filtering them manually and clicking Delete
Or run an AI Variable that classifies leads into "Good" or "Bad" > select Bad and click Delete
3. Enrich Your Leads
Select the leads you want to enrich.
Click on the Enrich button just below the list title.
Choose the type of enrichment you need:
Phone & Email Enrich: Use tools like Kaspr or Apollo to add contact details.
Email Enrich: will only look for emails
If you've enriched with email addresses, select the leads again, click on Enrich, and choose Verify Email to ensure emails are valid
Select the leads again, click on Enrich, and choose Verify Phone to ensure phones are valid
4. Add AI Variables for Messaging
From the list of leads, go in between two columns and click on the "+" button > New AI Variable
Create or select an AI variable that suits your messaging needs (e.g. LinkedIn Intro, LinkedIn Follow-Up, Email intro).
To generate the AI-based data, click the play icon (▶️) at the top of the new column, and it will apply to all leads in the list. You can also select to apply it to all rows visible, if you are using filters.
5. Add Leads to a Campaign
From the list of leads, select all the leads you wish to add to the campaign.
Click on Add to Campaign at the bottom of the page
Go to Campaigns page on the left side menu, check if all details in campaign are ok, correct if needed and launch it.
That's it! Your leads are now ready to be contacted through your campaign.
