To change the password there is a button that is a key icon. Clicking on it opens a pop-up to define the new password.

Make sure that the password has 12 characters, upper and lower case and a minimum of one number and one special symbol.
The workaround for users without an Admin role is to go to Settings → Security, and use the 'Change password' button to update their password.
