This option allows you to re-synchronize contacts and companies from scratch, performing a new search in the CRM based on the parameters defined in Integrations > Input/Sync Mapping.

While Update Sync updates the data of already synchronized contacts and companies, Re-sync from scratch performs a new search in the CRM, applying the latest conditions set in the synchronization settings.

Use Re-sync from scratch only if you have modified the Input/Sync Mapping and want to check whether, under the new conditions, additional contacts or companies are found in the CRM. In other cases, use Update Sync.
