Would you like to identify which leads in HubSpot are in Genesys?
Step 1: Access a Contact's Profile
Go to the Contacts section in HubSpot.
Select any contact from your database to open their profile.
In the top right corner, next to the Actions button, click on the gear icon to open the configuration options.
Step 2: Edit the Profile Layout
Click on the gear icon and select the Edit Layout option from the menu.
This will open the layout editor, where you can modify the structure of the profile.
Step 3: Add a New Card
1. In the layout editor, locate the Add Cards button on the right side of the screen.
2. Click Add Cards to open the card selection window.
Step 4: Select Genesy AI
In the pop-up window, navigate to the Apps tab.
Search for and select Genesy Status from the available options.
Confirm your selection and save the changes to the layout.
