Have you added additional product/services in your AI context and want to create specific AI generated messages?

Go to AI Playbook &gt; AI Variables

Select one message variable you created for the main product /service (e.g. Email Intro) &gt; click on "Clone" at the bottom

You will get a duplicate of the prompt on screen:

1. Change the name of the prompt (e.g. Email intro - Name of Additional Product)
2. Replace in the prompt the reference to the main product service for a reference to the additional one, by typing "{+Name of Additional product / service"
